Hand over one or two clients’ sites first, so you can see how I work before trusting me with more.

Will my clients know about you?
Only if you want them to. I can work completely under your brand, or be introduced as your technical partner. It’s your call.
Will you ever approach my clients?
No. Your clients are yours. I won’t contact them about work or take them on directly, and if one gets in touch with me, I’ll point them back to you.
Who does the client pay?
Whatever suits you. Most agencies bill their clients themselves and I invoice the agency, but I can bill clients directly if you’d rather.
Which page builders do you work with?
Mainly Bricks and Elementor, along with ACF and the usual WordPress plugins. If your sites are built differently, ask anyway.
Do the sites have to be hosted with you?
No. Hosting with me keeps things simple, but I can also look after sites on your hosting or your clients’.
What does it cost?
It depends on how many sites there are and what you need. We’ll work out agency rates together, and you’ll know exactly what you’re paying before anything starts.
What happens if you’re sick or on holiday?
Your clients’ sites don’t depend on me sitting at my desk. Updates, daily offsite backups, security scanning and uptime monitoring all keep running, and I also work with a small group of trusted web professionals who cover for each other when one of us is away. Nothing is locked away with me either. You get full access to every site, so you’re never stuck.
